In-person training in Zaragoza

The first part of the EuMove training programme has taken place online through a series of webinars, while the second part will be delivered face-to-face during a three-day session in Zaragoza (Spain) from Monday 15th December to Wednesday 17th December.

This training will bring together all partners to strengthen their skills when working with NEET participants.

The opening day will begin with a welcome session, followed by a presentation of a short review of the online modules led by UNISER. After an ice-breaker, the morning will continue with an exchange of practices on how to engage NEETs and respond when they face emotional difficulty. Later, the group will focus on preparation before departure, including soft skills, and activities on cultural adaptation. In the afternoon, participants will visit a hosting company, and the day will conclude with a social dinner.

On the second day, the programme will move to the Moving Generation platform, where operators will take part in a hands-on simulation that mirrors the tasks involved in mobility management. MONDEGO will then lead a session on on-site monitoring and support, covering daily follow-up, emergency procedures, and mentoring to help NEET participants stay motivated. The afternoon will include a visit to an accommodation site.

The final day will start with a workshop on microcredentials, led by Learning Digital, focusing on how to design digital badges for technical skills. In the afternoon, Mundus will introduce practical steps on how to handle emergencies abroad, followed by a cultural visit in Zaragoza.

This training is an important milestone for the project: EuMove partnership is eager to continue preparing for the NEET mobility programmes planned for next year, confident that the work done together in Zaragoza will support more meaningful experiences for all participants.
