UPSCALE THE PRACTICES
The purpose of the EuMove project is to transfer and upscale good practices from partner organisations. In this section, we present the practices that will be upscaled by partners to generate an impact on the re-engagement activities for NEETs. These practices are focused on equipping organisations working with NEETs with competences and tools to promote work-based learning in mobility as a methodology to support NEETs in their personal and professional growth.

MOVING GENERATION PLATFORM
The Moving Generation Platform it’s a software created by Uniser aimed at making mobility accessible to all VET schools in Europe and beyond. This platform facilitates the management of mobility projects for those organisations that do not have enough resources to invest in mobility. Through the platform the organisations are able to select participants, sign paperless documents, organise all aspects of the mobility flows in collaboration with the hosting partner, deliver all information to participants in their mobile, etc.
TLN MOBILICAT PROGRAM
Mundus has coordinated a project under this programme funded by ESF by the government of Catalonia from 2015 to 2023. This initiative targeted 130 NEETS aged between 18 and 30 who received invaluable support and gained hands-on experience within their respective fields thanks to the organisation of work based learning experiences in other countries.
SAAM INTERCULTURAL HANDBOOK
This handbook has been developed by Mundus and the partners of the SAAM project to prepare young people from african countries before their work based learning experience in Europe. It is specifically designed to addressed typical issues of young people coming from disadvantaged backgrounds.
MICOO
Learning Digital has developed a platform for issuing microcredential as a tool to certify competences. This innovative platform uses artificial intelligence to support content creation. Micoo – Microcredentials made simple.
MOBILITAS
It is a guidance service implemented by Uniser that helps individuals to find the right learning mobility opportunity for working, studying or volunteering abroad thanks to personalised support.
